  1. Well, the new patch totally screwed up my existing game so I've had to do a complete reinstall, which isn't working either! So I'd love to have some broken stairs!
  2. Havent read the thread so maybe this has been mentioned... The wave action is on some sort of repeating cycle, so the avi keeps on waving... and waving... and waving... The only cure is to exit the game. EDIT: Now read the rest of thread and I didn't need to write all this...
  3. Am I the only one in thinking that this whole Lovense link up could become very divisive? From what I've seen and heard, at the moment it seems to be 'Lovense this' and 'Lovense that'. Special parties. Special Lovense status. Those who have and those who haven't. I can only imagine it might flood 3dx with new players, especially women, which is great - but Lovense is hardly cheap...
  4. Trust me, they're making rather more from this little project. I know you know that really and it was said tongue-in-cheek, but there's a point there about the car crash between the cost of the sub and the resultant level of service...
  5. Ok, so... in all honesty, the user interface is incredibly simple compared to some (you should try Chathouse3D lol) - it's just a case of learning it, kinda like when you buy a new dishwasher (though loading and unloading a dishwasher doesn't generally make most people cum, but you never know....). Secondly, the graphics "were not pleasing"? You must have high standards then. But okay. As for the game not being "something I am interested in" - surely you knew what you were spending your money on when you signed up? It's not easy to buy a sub without having even a small understanding of what 3dx is about. You're probably on dodgy territory hoping for a refund. You could try under long distance selling rules, which usually stipulates a cooling off period for internet transactions, but that depends which country you live in, PLUS its possibly an international transaction if the payment processor is in a different country. There's little point posting here - you're best to ask the payment processor nicely, but don't expect anything.
  6. Since returning to the game recently, I've noticed a tiny minority of players sometimes have questionable images on their profiles, usually 3d in nature and featuring characters that are clearly representing a person under 18. Usually, a request to remove the offending image with a threat of reporting it to the devs works well. However, I've noticed that the report abuse tool in the game insists on a screengrab of the 'offence' to be submitted via a sharing site such as imgur and states that without this the report won't be considered. Noone in their right mind though would upload a screengrabbed image that is potentially illegal to a file sharing site, even if locked as private, as this could be deemed to be distrubution of the image. So my question to the devs is whether they could consider an alternative apprach, such as an 'offensive image' option on the report form that does not necessitate an image upload, so they would know to simply view the relevant profile themselves and make a decision on whether to remove it?
