Dear Gizmo and dear team of 3DXChat,
dear 3DX-community,
first of all I would like to state that I do like 3DXChat very much, so I am speaking in favor of 3DXChat.
In additional I recognized your efforts in bringing more updates as in the days I started to play 3DX - I do appreciate this lot - thank you!
In my opinion 3DX is one of the best games to choose in this genre
But I miss an improvement in the stability of the software which I was pleased to see in the expansion of the other parts of the game.
However for some time now I have been noticing an increasing number of bugs and disconnects that are limiting my enjoyment of the game.
Because I was not sure if this is only my perception I made a survey among 100 users which I like to share with you.
Results of poll (votes made 14.5. untill 15.5.)
76% of Users are facing bugs every day.
More than 60% are facing disconnects every week or every day.
More than 60% rated blow 4 or 5 points with means usually not satisfied (Ø 3.4 in total).

"Time to focus on the coding and performance issues."
"I appreciate the effort the devs are making, but they really should focus for a short time in fixing those bugs and glitches that been happening since time ago, for experience quality"
"I hope they learn to focus on function over form. Fix the bugs. Then add new stuff."
In my opinion you should work with highest priority to reduce bugs to fight against your "competitors" which are offering similar game for "free" (I don´t likes this just to make sure).
It´s up to you to continue as number one.....

21st survey about the quality of 3DXChat – October 2023
In this survey, a total of 1522 users participated. 
Summary
Insights into the experiences and opinions of the games users can be found in the results of the twenty-first survey. With a diverse range of participants from 69 different countries, the survey reflects a broad international interest and participation.
One notable finding is that 17% of users experience disconnections every day, while 55% face bugs in the game on a daily basis. These numbers highlight the need for improvements in stability and bug fixes to enhance the overall user experience.
The survey also identified several issues and bugs that should be addressed, with the most commonly mentioned ones being “Naked/bald Avatars,” “De-syncs,” and “Disconnections.” Users also expressed concerns about music and audio problems, avatar issues, connectivity issues, UI and gameplay concerns, and chat and interaction bugs.
When asked about missing features, “More sex poses” received the highest number of votes. Users also expressed a desire for more customization options for avatars, additional sex poses for threesomes, and fantasy-themed customization options.
Regarding the most appealing or engaging aspects of 3DXChat, socializing with friends and like-minded people, exploring sexuality in a safe environment, and designing and customizing character appearance were the top activities. Meeting new people from all over the world and exploring a variety of sex positions were also rated highly.
The developers should focus on implementing new functions, according to 65% of users. Meanwhile, the overall rating for 3DXChat’s quality decreased slightly from the previous survey, with 64% of users giving a rating of 4 or 5 out of 5. The rating for developer communication also experienced a slight decrease, with 26% of users rating it as good or excellent.
Furthermore, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for 3DXChat has decreased compared to the previous survey, indicating a lower likelihood of users recommending the game to others. This decline in NPS suggests that there may be areas for improvement in the game that could enhance user satisfaction and increase their willingness to recommend it. It is essential for the developers of 3DXChat to address the issues raised by users and work towards improving the overall experience to regain the trust and loyalty of their player base. By actively seeking feedback, implementing necessary changes, and delivering a more enjoyable gaming experience, 3DXChat can strive to increase its NPS in future surveys.
Overall, the feedback provided by the 3DXChat community highlights the importance of game stability, bug fixes, enhanced communication, and addressing existing issues. There is a clear call for more engagement from the developers and quicker action on user feedback. Implementing requested features, improving moderation, and providing better community support are key areas that should be prioritized. By addressing these concerns, 3DXChat has the opportunity to further enhance its user experience and maintain its competitive edge in the market.

But I'm sad to see that from all the wanted features only "xgold features", "additional clothes / hairstyles" was implemented. I can't see anybody asking for handbags (that can't be taken off) or food that you have to pay for.
The devs had the result of the survey now for almost a year. It would be nice to get some info from them if and when we get the asked for features.

Results of Bugs and Features Survey

Short Summary
The report summarizes the results of a bugs and features survey conducted from November 7th to November 19th, 2022. The survey had 1,126 participants from 67 countries and focused on bugs and desired features in 3DXChat.
The bug section revealed that the most common issues were related to sync bugs, naked/bald avatars, and disconnections. Specific examples of bugs were provided, such as sync bugs causing avatars to appear in the wrong poses.
In addition to bugs, participants also provided feedback on desired features. The feedback highlighted the need for more customization options, poses, clothing, and improvements to the character creator, building tools, and search/filter options. Group room not populating to all members when a host hopes it often needing a relog dance pole trap, still getting stuck in dance poles sync bug that causes people to run against walls when they are somewhere else Sync bugs, like when you see people on the spawn point strolling somwhere, but not actually moving. (You can see the shirt at the belt buckle it’s very ugly)  In conclusion, please repair our clothes. Thank you. When you put on your socks once you could see the polish on your nails. Now when you wear any socks other than fishnet ones you no longer see the nail polish on your feet and it makes it very ugly. The short strapless dress shows a cropped version of the print of the back which looks ugly and wrong. Still some clothes just back on while changing poses in sex… like female stockings. dissapearing of skirts Missing thighs on a dress. One dress for women is missing thighs and pelvis areas for the avatar. I would love for this one to be fixed. Palet color bug in the world editor (you cannot retrieve the color of an object when you click on it) World Editor collisions bugs : invisible spheres and invisible floor holes for example. objects in the world editor that have no collision detection Stairs not working Some props like the sphere become bugged when deformed (by example, if a 10m sphere is transformed to be flat, the player trying to walk on it will be floating 10m above as if the sphere was not changed) The lag with the waterfalls.  They create huge amounts of lag When a room is centered at location 0,0,0 – new comers into a room appear to pop in at that location before bring redirected to the actual spawn point. Rocks in the “Mountain” group of objects aren’t clickable.  If an avitar is in a pose and clicks on them they are not released from the pose as they should be.  The built in material covers are different than the “Nature” materials so they are not interchangeable with the rock object found in the “Cube” group.  This renders the Mountain group rocks fairly useless which is unfortunate because their material covers are superior to those available in the Nature material group. Building issue.  On the teleport pads, you can see feet — similar to those on the landing pad every room must have.  But, unlike the landing pad, it doesn’t seem to matter which way you face the feet indicator on the teleporter; the person teleporting does not arrive facing in the direction desired by the builder when they arrive. Please fix the bug on the sphere prop when it gets too big. It creates an invisible barrier and can send players into the sky. Being booted out of Editor while building In the world editor, when you have an object selected you can click on the scaling option and click-and-drag one of the colored triangles in the center of the gizmo to evenly scale up or down one proportion. But when you have the object selected and move the camera around (by right clicking and using WASD) it will often not allow you to use the center triangles on the gizmo anymore. I noticed this only happens after moving the camera around while the object is selected. Falling through the floor near complex shapes and objects and water level going back to default hight World Editor some pieces are buggy like egg close to water let people falling out of map When I am merging objects into a room or moving merged objects, my screen sometimes freezes or whites out…. I am unable to do anything until it clears and this is not in a room with high KB’s either. Could we stop screwing with the stairs? Every update seems to change their dimensions or how they work, so they have to be resized. building bugs. falling thru solid objects When building a house, the blocks that I put in an exact measurement or scale then change themselves into inaccurate numbers. Superflickers: • those are actually two bugs at once; when there are too many objects with reflective surfaces (metal, mirror, etc.) too close to each other, the screen turns black-white and pixely at certain angles of view. allining those objects properly helps a lot, but still, the issue is still present.  • second half: when trees or other objects are upscaled more then 150% (at least that’s what I’m thinking), branches and parts of that objects texture flicker around in nearby areas wildly. That is highly irritating. Water levels changing after editing a room. Small objects when close together cause a hole to form in floors in rooms thus making the Avatar fall through fall through they floor if there are too many small props in a small area, you fall right into the ocean The frozen chant bug that forces you to have to restart the game when you ctrl+C Examples for Poses issues  
Inconsistent Penis, half of the time during sex, me or my partner end up with the wrong penis setting. Please make it more consistent that we can set it on or off. Displaying poses: a hug on an avatar posed on the ground. Trying to click on the bed to walk there will always open the pose menu instead of moving your avatar.. Please add wasd movement or a special alt-click to ignore pose options I know it cant be that hard just a tiny bit of code and an avatar would sit on a chair or couch and still be there 10 mins later it would be great. seen some futa / transgender poses  still have twisted cock  😦 people turned the wrong way in chairs, so it doesn’t look right. & bring back pose teleports, that wasn’t a glitch u goons swapping the same position in a 3 some makes the avatars not sync up properly Give back the pose teleport bug back! It was a feature! “Pillory placeholder”  Pillory pose field without collision for walk and camera…  You can not build any good poses with collision… Getting pose-locked if a partner disconnects suddenly, preventing any movement whatsoever cant have a pose after partner FUTA pose swaps causing the Strap-on or penis to dissappear forcing the player to ask for a re-toggle of either the Penis or Strap-on. some bug bugs specially in 3somes I believe the pillory threesome poses are still bugged, giving female avatars penises. Additional User Comments but no bugs:
The main points raised by users include:

·       Ability to keep clothes on during sex poses or option for clothed sex.
·       Separate futa poses from women poses. Better labeling and descriptions for poses.
·       More poses especially for breast play, lesbian sex, BDSM, group sex etc.
·       Ability to auto-accept poses from partners.
·       More clothing options especially for men. Ability to use new textures on old clothes.
·       Pose editor for users to create their own poses.
·       Improved building tools and options in world editor.
·       Search/filter options for rooms and friends lists.
·       Couple interactions like holding hands, carrying partner etc.
·       Improved character creator with more customization.
·       Voice chat, streaming media, mini-games as additional features.

369 users from 41 countries shared their opinion this month. This is more than twice as many participants as in the last survey.

The main innovation is the accessory system. Here is a brief description of it:

Accessories category (Head and Body have separate buttons) Select the location point on the character's body to place the accessory Choose an accessory item Choose a color or remove an item Download
You can update the game by simply running the game, but we recommend a clean install:

How to install
Make sure that you install the game in an empty directory Start 3DXChat.exe What's new:
✅ Accessories: Earrings, Rings, Tails, Wings, Headphones (M and F);
✅ Poses;
✅ Clothes, shoes, hats;
✅ Tights and stockings;
✅ Hairstyles;
✅ New skyboxes: Above the clouds, Space;
✅ Prints on clothes and underpants;
✅ New shapes and materials in world editor;
✅ Fix compatibility of shoes and pants;
✅ Security fixes;
✅ New FPS limit options added: 75, 100, 120;
✅ Fast SSAO, HBAO 1, HBAO 2. We removed the old SSAO effect from the game because it is buggy for many players. Instead, we added 3 effects to choose from:
Fast SSAO - works fast on any hardware, low quality; HBAO 1 - optimal performance and good quality; HBAO 2 - a large load on the graphics card and better quality + the effect of colored shadows. Example of the HBAO 2 effect:

Known issues:
We are aware of a few known issues in this release, we will address them in the next hotfix.

Final results of thirteens survey about quality of 3DXChat (22.09. to 30.09.2021)
266 users have from 40 countries shared their opinion this month.
After the United states, the Germans again accounted for the largest share of participants.
I would again like to thank everyone who participated and even more those who supported me.
Question 1: Are you facing bugs in 3DXChat? If yes – how often?
42% of users are facing bugs every day (July: 49%) About 42% of users are facing bugs on a daily base. This is 7% less bugs recognised compared to last survey,
Question 2: What issues/bugs should be addressed first? (up to 3 choices possible)
 
Still “De-syncs” are the most annoying bug according to all participants. You may finde detailed infomation here:
