    I liked to have the usual customer experience - it requested the customer support already - waiting for an reply at the moment. Only thing that annoys me is that I can no longer advertise the survey in game as I have done so far, which will probably reduce participation

    @Leathium There is no money made with this survey - not one single cent, if this answeres your question. I even had a small invest for using the survey website as I don´t like to use one that is placing own adds at the survey. As Gizmo even liked it I suppose he is at least tollerating me doing this.

    FINAL RESULTS of fifth survey about quality of 3DXChat (14.10. to 21.10.2020) More than 150 votes collected, In general it can be said that the perceived quality has increased in most points compared to the last survey in September. 69% of users are facing bugs every day (Sept.:71%) 53% of users are facing disconnects every day (Sep.:51%) 57% of users rated quality below 4 or 5 points with means usually not satisfied (Ø 3.15 in total - highest score since July (3,2)) I do not expect any answers from devs but would appreciate a better communication from SexGamesDevil to their paying customers.     FINAL RESULTS of fourth survey about quality of 3DXChat (4.9. to 11.9.2020) More than 180 votes collected, In general it can be said that the perceived quality has decreased again compared to the last survey in July and is on lowest score ever. 71% of users are facing bugs every day. 51% of users are facing disconnects every day. more than 70% of users rated quality below 4 or 5 points with means usually not satisfied (Ø 2.8 in total - lowest score of all surveys since May) I do not expect any answers from devs but would appreciate a better communication from SexGamesDevil to their paying customers. According to the results, the game is perceived as much more stable, which is highly gratifying and also corresponds with my personal experiences. I hope @Gizmo an his team will continue to improve the game and fix bugs in future as they did improve server,

    Ahh.... of course the number it within the graphics but not too easy to read it. Up to now about 80 users joined the survey - much less than in the previous survey - this may indicate an increased customer satisfaction

    Fully agreed Lack of communication is worst. Just wondered how game would look like if all private rooms would be closed for some days because they banned us all

    I agree with Derai They have been providing a lousy technical performance for weeks and now crown it with the usual poor communication coupled with arbitrary measures against hosts who actually support and promote the game. I like this game a lot... Hope they will listen to their paying customers and improve at least the communication....that should be not to difficult......

    I my opinion the support desc should be dealing with technical issues users a facing....and should be available for those needing help. So II didn't send my results to support Team. But of course you are free to share the results. In my point of your Gizmo and his team would be well advised to listen to the community and follow the forum care fully.

    I fully agree with Teresa too. Fix the bugs...get servers work reliable... We like to have a stable game...new stockings are not this important Since DDOS happend it seems to be even worse than before.
