This is 7% less bugs recognised compared to last survey, Question 2: What issues/bugs should be addressed first? Maybe you are right - they should know about their customers satisfaction. I liked to have it sorted out independent. So is there a real reason your like me to stop in your opinion? Nobody is forced to join and nobody has to look at results....

Thank you for your feedback....of course it can be discussed if a survey is useful or not… we may have a different opinion about it.. Letting the devs and the public know about the customer satisfactions is just one way to give the users a voice …. And I don’t think it will make devs lazier at least

I picked out all comments with searching the word “communication” as the rating in Q7 was very poor again: “Communication has definitely gotten better over the years, but still leaves things to be desired.“ “0 communication, sad. I feel like the devs in this game should be closer to their community. “ ” I miss a better communication, I understand things can be hard to do, but a few words from staff helps a lot to feel some situations better, so I understand some problems take time, please try to be there more often “with us”.” “Should just get moderators for your discord, across multiple time zones for better communication to the community the forums sort of work but that’s such a small player based responding that discord is just so big everyone uses for most part at least a lot dedicated fans do.” “There’s been somewhat of a lack of communication between updates. If yes – how often? 56% of users are facing bugs every day (April: 31%) More than 50% of users are facing bugs on a daily base. This is one of the worst values in history of this survey.
