It takes as much time as creating and rigging a model of panties or ANY model. It should be scripted a little for 3dxchats "enviroment". Or having 2 models of panties: classic look and deformed (pulled) that players have to wear/unwear by clicking on icons. 

Reminder. Every clothing has about 3 object in one. High poly, mid poly and low poly. Usual optimization that not every indie game has. But 3dxchat has that. Fortunately. Good optimization for an indie game. 

3dxchat is everything you want it to be. You choose.

If you mean the island where newbies start, Yeah!  most of trolls and scumers are there. 99,9% of public spots are safe today. Except porn. Its never safe anywhere.

People should not be silent and question everything. Today, someone points to 2 billion people and asks to do something with them quickly(yeah..on forums lol), having no idea what these people and symbols mean. Most of the problems are due to lack of education, which creates new problems and hatred all around the world. Anti-Semitism, racism caused by lack of knowledge as well.
