What a cool idea! I wish I was as talented as you folks. I remember some great gay discos from that era. I remember one in a Boston warehouse in the 1970s that had an infamous back room where the boys engaged in all sorts of interesting activites (the Boston women weren't into semi-public sex, at least not at that place). I remember another in Dallas at the end of the 70s which always had a decent minority of gay women (not just "fag hags" either!).including some who danced topless just because they wanted to. Some guys were doing it, why couldn't they? I never saw, but I heard many stories about the "gay bath house" scene in New York and San Francisco, complete with stage acts (including Bette Midler in 1970). Again, that was mostly for boys. Insofar as I know, women of that era were lucky to have their own friendly corner bar for drinking and talking. I don't remember any lesbian discos.

I'd rather not reveal when I started pnp (paper and pencil) RPing, because it's embarrassingly ancient. So let's not start on a debate on who is "holier than though" in roleplaying. This "RP Lite" world seems fun and interesting -- a nice change of pace from the "Hi, wanna fuck?" environment of 3DX. You'll probably see Frida occasionally wandering around the Hotel region, mostly between 11:30pm and 2am US Mountain Time (currently UTC-6, due to daylight savings). Of course, you might also find me clubbing elsewhere in 3DX and being generally wild with a girlfriend, because, well... just because I'm like that.

Actually, for those of us who have lived in the subculture, something considered derogatory (in this case, by straights) can be acceptable within the "group." This is not unlike certain urban blacks using terms for themselves that I, a white person, would never be caught dead using! However, in an attempt to be cute, I did probably put my toe onto the line, and apologize to Allison if it bothered her. But all this raging about proper terminology has obscured my point, or perhaps made it for me. NOBODY is planning any gay pride activities in 3DX ????? I know of a couple gay-oriented clubs that I expected to do something, since the 28th is a Thursday. For those who have lived through the last half century of wild changes in the status of the gay subculture, I would have expected a little more appreciation and celebration of how much things have changed.

Faggots & Lesbos Go Wild! June 28th is the 49th anniversary of the Stonewall Riot, the spark that touched of the modern LGBTQ movement. This thread is for announcing what your in-game establishment will do to celebrate the occasion. It's also a time to spread a little "free love" to people of the same gender. Random hugs (same gender, of course) are the order of the day! Just whisper to your target "gay pride forever" or some similar slogan. If nothing else, it's a great way to cuddle with the sexy boy or girl you've been drooling over at Sin Club for the last ten minutes. Even if you straight, this could be the day to add a little homo spice to your sex life. 3DXchat is the perfect place for experimentation*. If nothing else, it's a great excuse for going out dancing in your most risque outfit. *N.B.: I've met quite a few bisexuals in-game who confess that they're totally straight in real life. Clearly experimentation is the order of the day in 3DXchat.

At least half of my sexual pleasure is mental. Even in real life, I don't just enjoy the feelings - I imagine what my partner might be seeing, feeling and tasting too! If we're doing something risky (like teasing each other through thin bottoms that are getting too wet), I'm also imagining how we look to anyone who chances upon us. For example, I'm always looking down to see how much my nipples are showing through my shirt - if I was risque enough to wear no bra, or just a push-up shelf bra. In 3DXchat, this effect is doubled and redoubled. A little text alongside the great graphics really helps set the scene. In fact, you can extend the game world enormously by imaging a few additional things. For example, as some of you know, in real life there are latex (rubber) panties with a dildo built on the inside. With appropriate lubrication, when you slide these on they'll nicely fill your ass or vagina, depending the version you buy and how you wear them. These panties can be both fun and maddening to wear, especially since latex clings and makes you hot and wet! My in-game character (FridaLundser) is (predictably) extreme. She has a double dildo pair - one two dildoes. I have adopted the convention that whenever Frida is wearing the shiny big black panties, she is wearing the double-dildo panties. My profile even explains this, and includes a helpful photo for reference. My friends who see them on me know that both dildos are stirring inside me with every step I take. The photo shows Frida enjoying those panties at a yachting party. To add extra spice, the dildos each have a remote-control vibrator. I'll sometimes give the vibe to a friend for the evening, so they can reduce me to a gasping, quivering, near-orgasmic wreck whenever they want.
