I've been here for the better part of 4 years. One thing I can't seem to get used to is where the popup is placed. The lower left part of the screen seems unintuitive. Windows convention has that kind of popup appear dead center. I can't remember the last time ( maybe it was the first time ) that I responded to a first time popup. If I'm lucky it gets sent again. A number of times people walk away thinking I'm stuck up and can't be bothered with a response. If I'm the only one who is bothered by this then so be it. I just can't seem to get it. Wish there was some toggle or switch I could turn on so I could designate where I want popups. First piece of software that I've used that does that. Why lower left? Top left/right would make sense. I've used Windows since 3.0. Always placement was in the middle. The one exception that I see is lower right, over the taskbar. For notifications and anything else with a hidden icon. Sorry for the bad attitude. Wasn't meaning to grumble this much. Guess those cold invites will just go unanswered. F

I'd like to reply to your request. First thing an RP room must have is people who know how to RP. Believe me, saying a few sentences with purple text is not RP. It's a head set. And just because you wear horns or a hat does not mean you know what to do. You may look the part but as soon as you chat your weakness reveals itself. About half the people I've met who claim to be interested in RP actually know what that is. The other half come off as clowns.

I'm trying to figure out who might of invented the "feature" Colds. And along with that who introduced "No Chat". Last time I checked the game is 3DXChat. Soooo... Come to 3DXChat where we celebrate No Chat rooms that feature Cold invites. I get why it's become popular. People can't bear having anyone see/hear them chat. And frankly IMHO, it's a guy thing. When will they ever learn? I'm gonna propose that they change the game's name to 3DXNOChat. Home of the Cold and land of the Demented. ** Note to self ** bout time to blog about WC.

I've tried for the last week to get into the Beta test. Everytime I start up the .exe it coughs and sputters then eventually gives an error message (see title ). Someone in WC suggested to put an allow in my firewall. I did that. No difference. I shut off Malwarebytes, no difference. Beta rules state I must be in active status on membership. I am. I have 3 more months until my next billing. I'd be willing to accept responsibility for this if I knew what that was. Normally 3dxChat is easy to download and setup. I've tried connecting to both servers - USA and Europe. No difference. Suggestions? I do have one question. Why is there 2 .exe in the beta setup? Both say 3dxchat.exe but with differenct sizes. Neither says launcher on it. There is one launcher program to handle errors.
