No, that's not how it works legally. You need to register your product to have copyright ownership. The same way we can't copyright things we create in this game, rooms, we have no legal rights to claim any copyright over it, they don't have any over any creation using Unity, unless it's registered. And this game isn't registered either. That's how they aren't able to sue for example those idiots who pirate the game and release it separately on their own server. No pose editor, they share the mesh with some friends, you can't try to create anything, the privileged few will create whatever they feel like creating. It has been like this since 3dxchat exists. Nothing makes sense, there is no long term development plan, there never was, it's just a side project of some dude. We can chat here about so many things that is possible, and I'm quite sure Gizmo knows what is possible, just he likes more to promise stuff than actually working on it. When they are asking for referals, monthly payments, they pretend to be a service. When it comes to trasparency of development, Development timeline for things that they work on, and general transparency in communication, they pretend to be not a service but just a personal cowd funded project. Yes it would be nice, and I hope it would be a very versatile editor to be able to work on things they simply weren't interested or capable to work on. Since you are behind with updates for years with literally way over hundred pieces of content for this gender, it would be much appreciated if you start working on it and focus on that to correct it, in the next quite a number of patches. Maybe would take you for the rest of the year even with monthly updates. I know it takes time, since I'm a subscriber for some years, but you should start working on it, and focus on this side mainly for quite a while. Unless you want to imply that this game is dedicated for two "genders" only, and that would be -female and -futa. In which case probably you should signal this on your front page. You might see yourselves as independent creators and not an actual company. But even so. If you charge people for a monthly subscription, you should probably show more professionalism in your work. Even now Lisa is messing around with women bra and panties. That's the only new thing I saw posted on discord. New bra! Yaaay. I still don't know how the male avi didn't become a free to play character if money doesn't support development efforts on this side and it's locked out of any content in most patches... And that it will be versatile enough for us to create new clothing if the developers themselves are completely uninterested to create them or get them from somewhere. That's how eventually the male avi feels like the free to play version of the game, largely outdated, and without any hope for consistent updates. Somebody also shared the page with the unity store assets where they bought stuff from to add to the game. They bought almost exclusively female dances and poses and most times simply applied it to the male avi also instead of getting male poses too. Because those were ALSO available. There were polls about everything and they were overwhelmingly voted in favor. Just it's less likely to happen. Gizmo also talked about a clothing editor. I truly hope that will fix our problem and it will be versatile enough for us to create things we simply don't have for many years. That's why I also voted in favor of a pose editor. because those 4-5 poses each year, created based on somebody's personal taste, while people's suggestions are largely ignored, will not cut it. I don't recall people overwhelmingly asking over the forums for these silly cage poses but it's not like suggestions were ever taken in consideration. If somebody's idea actually happened... it was luck. Pure coincidence.

Wrong. The majority of the players are actually male. On the second part you are right. They aren't that interested. Probably because Lisa is female and she's mostly the art designer for the game. Looks like she makes she wants to see and wear in the game not the customers. While male players pay just as much for this, and their chosen gender looks like it's teh trial, or free to play version of the game with overwhelmingly less content. Well newsflash: it's not free to play if we play a male avi. In an online game it is VERY IMPORTANT to have as many customisation option as possible. And it is almost obscene how much disregard they have for this side of the game and lack of content.

Those are lots of guesses. They equally abandoned planned features both people loved and disliked. They are executing things on a rail. I don't really think feedback matters that much. I am really curious if the clothing editor will be a thing in the next update, or any future updates, even if Gizmo talked about it multiple times. I guess we'll wait and see. No point in guessing. Their development plans and workflow obviously has issues, and aren't the most trustworthy developers really. So I'm not going to believe anything there until it's realised. Communication would go a long way still, instead of screwing around. People do understand many things if there is communication

There is a slight chance that this update with clothing editor, and all the rest of the blings got lost in the trash bin of development, like quite a long line of unrealised promises, like for example working tv again, and pose editor. And some might ask about this a few years down the road (if they are still around that is), what happened to it. Most likely because of poor development practices and mismanagement of priorities.
