Just got dc'd and can't get back in just like last week.

Nope gone again. Getting the too many attempts error as well now.

Looks like it's playing up again folks. Logged in just now no friends were on then got dced and couldn't get back on.

Glad it's not just me.

Seems to get stuck at the login screen. The login button goes from yellow to grey then just stays like it.

The radio silence is almost more upsetting than the issues themselves. Could be contsrued as a lack of interest on the devs part.

Got dced 4 times in the last hour.

Disregard post I managed to fix it myself.

This maybe something simple but I've recently done a clean install of 3dxchat client. At first everything seemed fine logged in ok clicked my avi chose to go to my room, loads up fine then a few seconds later a box pops up with Unity on it and a progress bar then the whole thing just crashes. Only my second day after convincing myself to come back lol.

Installed the patch just now got the above error, bu the folder it mentions is present and correct. Do I need to reinstall will it just happen again as soon as I try and install the patch?

Good Evening all, I've just resubscribed after a long hiatus only to find the game will not run correctly. To be specific I get to a room and the game immediately crashes. Things I've tried so far turning all the settings right down checking my own drivers, when none of that worked completely rebuilt my windows drive. I'm now at a complete loss and it seems £60 out of pocket this hardly seems fair as such a situation would be easily avoided by having a free trial membership available. Can anyone help?

Game just completely crashes if I try to enter a room other than an apartment. I got given file to send to the devs but cannot attach it here.

Character stuck in this position on a related note seriously beginning to doubt this games value for money.

Don't worry fixed it myself by creating another avi logging in as that then switching back to original in case someone else has the same problem.

I can login ok but as soon as I pick my avi the screen just goes black and nothing loads only been a member a few days.

I'm happy to respond but you may not like what I have to say. To start with from a purely technical standpoint everything works great the graphics are good the animations are good (if a little limited). My biggest criticism would be what I would call bad customer service I only signed up a few days ago and have been finding my way around getting to know how things work. I had a couple of questions so the biggest one about how to cancel should I decide to do so. So I put my query into the contact us box on the website only to receive an email the next day confirming my cancellation. While I accept this is probably an honest mistake it is a bit of a howler, and it honestly suggests to me that customer emails are read by bots that scan for keywords not by actual people. Sorry to be so negative but I have to be honest I could probably email them again and get this straightened out but don't feel particularly motivated to give them any more money.
