  1. Yeah you got me, I thought you mean't the other pussy
  2. Hi, can you get the six month option and immediately cancel? I don't like recurring payments, I like the option to decide myself if I renew. I mean if I pay and cancel will I still get my six month membership?
  3. Mmmm, was about to sign up, but I think from what I am reading I will wait for the problems to be sorted
  4. Yes I agree. Not holding out too much confidence in this first attempt, but hopefully they will improve, especially introducing "Touch". I shouldn't think the "Vive" will be far behind the rift version as there shouldn't be much extra work and it would double the market
  5. Thanks nixys, very helpful
  6. OK thanks Kashara. Do you know if it will accept my old email when creating a new account? some times sign ups won't accept emails previously used.
  7. Hi, thinking about signing up to 3DXCHAT, but will be using a different name in game, is it possible to change my forum name to be the same as the name in game?
  8. Yes, they had support for the DK1 the first experimental headset that was owned by very few people. They didn't update for DK2 (understandable) the second experimental headset. The CV1 is the first consumer headset. I have read many many times complaints on the forums from people with the DK2 and the CV1 that signed up only to find that there was only support for a very rare experimental headset ... I have watched the forums since 3DXCHAT said they had VR support. But at the end of the day, time will tell
  9. Yes I have read through many of the topics and can see developement has been a problem. But a point to remember there is a critical mass in business ..... There needs to be X amount of customers to keep a business running, above that critical mass is the cream on the cake (extra money for little or no extra expenditure or effort). Even if VR increases 3DXCHAT by only 400 customers, say averaging $10 between monthly and yearly subscriptions ($4000) , that is enough for a full time member of staff. Again the potential is without question, 3DXCHAT has a unique window of opportunity while VR customers are still scrambling for titles (they are the only option in this genre presently). If they fail to monopolise it will be their own ineptitude
  10. I have no idea? I have no idea if 3DXCHAT will get VR working properly? If they do, there is a huge market desperate for good titles. IF 3DXCHAT get VR right (which would include touch control). If 3DXCHAT market VR right, they have a potential for a huge customer base. When you have a huge customer base (3500 is not a big customer base) the incentive to keep that base and the income it generates is vital and that would include updates. Having another option to use the game does not stop those that want to keep viewing on a 2D screen. If 3DXCHAT gets a big VR customer base they will need to produce consistent updates to keep those customers. The updates that will be generated will also be adavantageous to those using 2D screens Will 3DXCHAT do this properly? I have no idea, I will wait and see
  11. I can not vouch for the marketting expertise of 3DXCHAT, but to market a 2D app in a flooded market is difficult. VR is a small market, but that small market is still millions and millions of people. Those millions and millions of people are hungary for programs in a new market that has limited titles .... Do the math By the way the mainstream porn sites have done the math, which is why there are now dozens of them including VR. They can make money on VR titles where as they struggle cashing in on 2D content.
  12. 1) Well you have been asking for years, doesn't seem like there has been a massive success 2) You wouldn't be a member if 3DXCHAT was "without wheels" ? But if adding a "touchscreen display" to a vehicle doubled the customer base and thus doubled the money available for developement, complaining about the inclusion, as I said in my other post, is short sighted
  13. I don't understand the logic of those saying they don't want something because they don't expect to use it? I use windows, would it be logical of me to say a program shouldn't expand to include Mac? The argument that including another option slows down developement is short sighted. Once VR is added it increases the customer base. More customers means more money and more people wanting more developement. What is really needed is Rift and "Touch", touch puts your hands in the virtual world allowing for real interaction with objects and people
  14. Thanks for taking the time to try it out. I just await the day when this or a similar program has rift plus touch support. I bought the VR kanojo app which has rift and touch support and although I would not reccommend anyone buying it now, as it has a very short story line and a single scene, it shows what could be with the right program What I think a lot of the VR skeptics miss about VR is that it not only puts you in the virtual scene, when "Touch" is properly catered for your hands are in the virtual reality and you can touch and interact with objects and people. With VR Kanojo you can carress the girls hair etc. and lift her dress, undo he bra. As I say although it is very realistic, it is still very limited. However do something like this with a social community app like 3DXChat, the possibilities are endless
  15. PS, if Lisa is reading this, maybe a note should be put in annoucements stating VR is not implemented yet? It is a bit unfair to state that VR has been implemented when it hasn't I couldn't answer in the relevant thread as its closed, but the thread "Patch 362#" states ...... - Unity Engine version updated to Unity 5.5; - Blurry text has been corrected; - Decorations of the Character Editor has been changed to a cozy styled room in a loft; - Added a lot of pairs of shoes; - Added new props and surfaces in the Home Editor; - Support for virtual reality for the new generation of devices. In VR mode we have implemented UI support, Gamepad support and Virtual Keyboard support. You can write in the chat and view the gallery without needing to remove the VR headset. In developing VR and the Gamepad support we have focused up on the Oculus Rift CV1 and the Xbox Gamepad first. It is unfair if someone signs up and the claims are incorrect, as they appear to be
  16. Hi again janaX. Does the virtual keyboard work? Even if there isn't VR yet I still might use 3DXCHAT if the virtual keyboard works. Point is I don't want to watch on my small PC screen, but if the virtual screen works I can watch 3DXCHAT on a huge cinema screen with "virtual desktop" if I wear my oculus rift. But if I wear the oculus rift I would need the virtual keyboard because I won't be able to see my PC keyboard. Thanks for any response from you or anyone else that has an answer
  17. It seems people are upset that there was very few updates because they introduced VR, BUT THEY DIDN'T even introduce VR, they just said they did
  18. I see? So can you list all the other fetishes people have besides "realism" that should "go buy a hooker"? I take, what turns you on, is not in your list
  19. A point, "nasty VR galsses" would be as well as, not instead of the, present status quo. Increasing the custom base will lead to more "clothes, poses and stuff" not less. A virtual keyboard would be imperitive for "nasty VR glasses" as the actual keyboard is hard to use when wearing the headset. Note fans of 2D 3dxchat can also enjoy a headset. Besides the obvious advantage of being totally emerged in 3dxchat with a VR headset the screen can be made massive. Try watching a film in a VR headset, with various apps the screen can be cinema size and I believe the option to ask "wanna fuck" will still be available
  20. Yes sounds like a good idea The thing is, those wanting developement should maybe consider that new clothes, poses, etc would probably have limited impact (at least initially) on tempting new members. VR (handled right) could attract many new members. Many new members (extra money) could give the developers an incentive for many new developements Doubt the developers/owners of 3dxchat actually read this forum but I feel as if they are missing a huge business opportunity here. Imagine if they offered a free 3dxchat version, without sex, so it could be added to Oculus home/steam/etc, the exposure would be game changing for the sexual version. People meeting up in the free version would most probably move on to the X version (human nature) when they want to take things further (wink wink). The graphics of 3dxchat are much better than any of the present social meeting apps presently available
  21. I agree oculus/vive and a powerful PC, to run it, is expensive. But a developer should consider that those buying a headset are pretty well purchasing all the limited titles up en masse. When you have made a substantial investment you want stuff to use with it When the price drops and the market is flooded with titles the percentage of VR users may have increased, but not necessarily increasing the custom to the new titles that will swamp the market. Nows the time to create a name that can be maintained rather than trying to create a name amongst a flooded market
