Not sure if this goes here or in tehcnical support; but looking to solve an issue for a friend. They had to ignore someone while they where in their apartment. That person apparently never left, and now there is a ..fully rendered model of them constantly. They tried reloading. Clearing props, changing load from file. Still there. Anyone ever come across this?

I just want to look like this. PLEAAAASE
