I am having the same problem and it looks like a lot of people are too. I have reinstalled the game 3 times, still does not work. I guess 3DX does not want us playing their game anymore. -
So is administration working on getting this fixed? I am still getting an error on the download.

I did not see the new member tutorial when I started the game. It is not showing up on the menu screen also. Can anybody help me? Thank you
