That would actually make sense Rochi. And I did that already. They just fully reset my character to the default look. It's still not working tho..

No I don't use anything except the default Windows one.

First of all, thank you Trixy for the quick reply. And yes, whenever I log on I spend at least an hour going thru all kinds of different rooms after changing my appearance. So that can't be the issue.

Hey you guys. So, I've encountered a super annoying problem, which I can't seem to fix no matter what I do. Maybe somebody here could help. Whenever I change my appaerance, it resets after I exit the game or log out. As in for example I change my hair color from brunette to blonde. After I log out and log in again, it is brunette again. Same with clothing or any other edits done to my avatar. Also, I can't upload pictures to my profile. It just keeps loading and loading endlessly. My upload speed is good enough, so that is not the issue. I just reinstalled the whole game today, before that I cleaned my PC of every last file regarding to the game. It's still not working. Would appreciate any help.
