at worst you could force them to refund your entire subscription if they can't prove you violated TOS. but the lawyer would be more expensive. it would be helpful if they forwarded the screenshot you were getting banned for to you, as they're supposed to only ban with that kind of proof

yeah i went from frustration to total amusement. they actually don't care. most profitable time in history to be owners of a game like this and they let it go offline daily. I work full time on a rotation, meaning the times i log in vary. and still ive been lucky enough to get booted almost every time. maybe i'm wrong about it being profitable, but I do know eventually the clubs and stuff are going to reopen and people are going to be sick of staying home. so if they don't have enough money to keep the servers up now, imagine january when all the subscribers leave to go back to the real world

I just subscribed an hour ago and havent even played yet. I previously uninstalled the game because this happened 3-4 times in the span of a couple month, always the "devs are sleeping" excuse. you guys are all getting defensive like they can have the billing service active 24/7 but the game can randomly shut down whenever it wants. doesn't matter if its the "best" adult game if you can't play it

there's more than 10k active, lots of people buy xgold, and 200k/mo is over a million a year I'm saying it wont hold up in court not because anyone is going to sue them, but because when they have to sue whoever sinks them with a bad review the judge will laugh at them

This has been going on for years and only the people who demanded refunds got them. Gizmo, do you feel good about using a hamster wheel for a server and pocketing everyone's money? You're stealing days from people who bought subscriptions. A month subscription entitles a person to 30 days, and if your server is down for any of those you cheated them. Whats worse is the only recourse people have is to demand a full refund and completely lose their subscription. Also the people saying "get a life and go do something else" are overlooking the fact that most people have full time jobs and have a specific window where they can play this game. It does me no good if the server isn't up until my weekend is over. "The devs have to sleep" is a poor excuse, it probably wouldn't hold up in court. They have thousands of active subs and are raking in millions of dollars. Hire someone to watch the damn server while you're sleeping
