ı still have this problems

yesterday when ı connect the game ı looked whats new part and it says ''could not connect the server, please chrck your internet connection is enabled. Try turn off firewall and antivirus software. Because it can block the game'' then ı close firewall and ı delete my antivirus program after ı did them ı came the game but ı couldnt see anyone in game, ı share my house they saw my name but when they come they couldnt see me, so ı could not see them too please help me Sorry about my english too
