If you just download the trial version you can record up to 2 minutes of footage, might be 4, not too sure, at a time for free.. Just resize the capture window to your game footage and press record.. Cordelia Posted November 14, 2014 Share Posted November 14, 2014 I use Bandicam but the free version has their URL at the top of the image (there are free video croppers available that would enable you to get rid of it but I don't bother). It's personally what I've used for many years, and will probably even stick with it for some things when my new card that supports ShadowPlay gets here next week. Also I strongly recommend Greenshot for screenshots if you're looking for simple ways to instantly capture regions and upload it without touching it. I'd like to see a recording option built into the game which I can use later to watch the action. Such an option should allow me to watch just the sex without the menus and chat and whatnot and would also allow me to watch the action from an angle this I did not use while doing the action (for example, I did not zoom in on her breasts while she was blowing me but I can do so in the video recording). This would be something that captures all video data from the game and then allows me to be the editor and director of my own sex film. This time can be spent in improving the game instead (like they have been doing), instead of wasting their time in unrealistic features with no business value. It records your screen and audio from the speakers or your voice from the microphone - or both simultaneously. The recordings are clear and look great when played back on your website or uploaded to YouTube. Yah if you record in high resolution, think mostly due to from what i recall it record at maximum qaulity meaning it record BMP frames into a AVI video's, as BMP is not compressed like JPEG- PNG or GIF. Format size going to be largely bigger. Also it can require quite big technical resources to record without also inducing lag in game or virtual sim you're in. Have not tried NVidia shadowplay but to think most common two capturing devices are Fraps or Camtasia i think its called. They can be a bit expensive however too. I couldn't get Shadowplay to work, so I'm looking at other options.I'm also using ShadowPlay from the nvidia geforce experience toolkit. The trick with ShadowPlay is that by default, it only records video from known and found games in the nvidia panel.Since 3dx is not a known game, it will not record anything unless you check the "Allow desktop capture" button which is located in the Preferences > ShadowPlay If you do have ShadowPlay enabled graphics card, try to use that one cause it's the lighter solution for your pc. It's not too bad but you'll have to buy it, like I did, (or post edit) if you don't want their banner on it.I also use Fraps which works for me.
