If you're going for the STEROIDZ or BIG TITTY BETTY look then atleast blend the rest of your body so it looks less...abnormal. For example I've seen a few male characters with big arms and it just looks WEIRD especially when all other body parts like the waist, chest, head etc are all noticeably smaller. Do that couple of times.Then, in RL, infront of your PC stand up and spin around like crazy, do that also couple of times.When finally getting dizzy, select the Body section and there go into 'Customize' -> change skin color to blue.
