What kind of GPU and CPU?

It also happens when the computer is unstable. Many computers have been upgraded to Windows 10, but have issues with the drivers. Drivers provided by Microsoft are shitty and can not replace the genuine drivers.

This often happens when you upgrade to win 10 ... i recommend to install win10 completely new

Go to the page of msi / support and write the exact designation of the laptop or pcs there you will find all the new drivers

maybe he should clean his pc and his registry when he always crash he has to much shit in his cash running.....

And ask him if he has the last win 10 updates started. Win 10 is very sensibel with his non done updates.
