I have seen this effect in various 'nightclub' worlds but for the life of me can't figure out how they do it. The illuminations in-game seem to have their own timer which can't be changed. Seeing the chasing red white and blue lights or the big glowing us flag at the Moonshine club the other day, I tried making a similar effect .
