The rhythm of the Bongo,
Like thunder from the Congo.

If the Ocean were Whiskey & I were a Duck

I'd swim to the bottom & never come up

Scotch Whiskey in the morning

Scotch Whiskey I cry

I'll get some Scotch Whiskey or else I will die

I went to School with my shower shoes on

I'm not a poet but I did run out of Booze

It all leads me to what that great philosopher of our time, Steve Martin, once stated in the 70's. It is from him, I quote,

“It's so hard to believe in anything anymore. I mean, it's like, religion, you really can't take it seriously, because it seems so mythological, it seems so arbitrary...but, on the other hand, science is just pure empiricism, and by virtue of its method, it excludes metaphysics. I guess I wouldn't believe in anything anymore if it weren't for my lucky astrology mood watch.”
