Many rooms without people talking is there still people out there who want to rp or communicate the fun side of 3dx or is it more so becoming cold someone you like and see if you match? Other than that my best advice would be just to look around or open some Roleplaying room yourself and see if you can't meet some that way too. It's 3rd party hub designed for 3Dxchat, not sure how active it is or if any still use it as i personally have not. I just know it exist so i thought i would mention it. I am not quite sure what your Definition of RP is (I met a lot of different meanings), but if you like to have an active local chat and meet people besides only silently swapping poses, I invite you to visit Adventureworld if you find it open. Rudeness and colds are a direct way to my ignore list. In addition you might like to explore my little world. Plenty of times I have stumbled on people putting a huge dedication to role playing and no I did not cold them.
