I downloaded the program no problem but when I put in the email and password it says wrong email or password. I'm using the password sent to me by the BMT Micro email but that doesn't seem to work at all. Is this the right password? Did I miss a step? What should I do? Rochi Posted July 29, 2014 Share Posted July 29, 2014 This happens when you copy paste the password, try typing it yourself, a few times.. it usually starts working x.x Also make sure you use the 3DXChat password and not the BTMicro!
