alontar
Since yesterday I am having issue with loading game. The last time I am able to get into the game I was changing the clothes of my avatar but the game was being glitchy and the clothes were not loading properly. I logged out of the game , to see if that would fix the issue. Since then i am not able to get back into the game , the game has been stuck at the loading screen with it just continuing to spin . I have deleted and reinstalled the game twice now but still same problem.
FairyDust
have you tried cleaning out your registry before reinstalling?

Sage Stoner
One more suggestion. Delete the game, clean your registry, and reinstall the game. But this time, before you reinstall the game (or as you install it, if you know how), create a new folder, preferably on a hard disk partition that is not your system disk. In other words, on drive D: rather than drive C:. If that still doesn't work, contact 3DX support directly and ask them to reset your account. You might lose you FL and presents, but it's beginning to sound like that is the only way to get past this glitch. alontar

alontar
Unfortunately, I do not have enough free space on my D drive to install the game there. I guess I'll have to contact support then
FairyDust
How long has it been since you have defrag'd your hard drive? If it's been a while try that and also clean out ALL the temp files too
Shanti
Since you glitched in the character editor.... my guess is that you have a case of overlapping clothing items that is blocking your character from loading. It has happened before. Writing to support, they can reset your avatar's look to default, which should fix that. Gizmo and Chilles
