This would be something that I think we need in the game.

To be able to build our own houses.

In the demo it is done in the Unity scene builder, but I don't think it would take a huge amount of work to make it work in runtime.

It comes with scripts for opening and closing doors and such.

This is what it does....

And this is what can be achieved....

Is Pretty Amazing!... ^_^

Actualy yes, that would be an awesome Feature to upate in a future...

A Neighborhood Enviromet where everyone may buy their OWN house with the Golds we have saved, and with a "door lock" sistem to make it really "yours" or with your Partner, Spouse, wife, or just room/flatmates

Add the furniture we already have and make "house parties"... :P

I can see myself and my friends inhabiting that place,

Is a Great Post Twiggy Congrats... :D

In reality, creating an in-game building system (if you mean something more complex rather than just being able to place modular props aligned by grid) would be a rather complicated task.

I think even ProBuilder doesn't even have a working in-game module yet.

A game object is more than just a 3d model, even if you want something simple (like, say, a table), you still need to create compatible material shaders. Also, the model needs to be saved in readable by game format (or compiled as an asset bundle if we're talking Unity), unless you wish to code a converter that would read your file and create a proper game object )

And if you want to create a scene (i.e. a new location), here come the lighting, baking, optimizations, scripting and lots of other stuff.

So no, you can't just open your SketchUp model in 3dx )))

Sure a converter is needed and of cause additional infos for objects and so on. Its clear to me that this is not a weekend job ^^ but maybe easier as an advanced in game room designer.

This is exactly what this is though, placing modular props aligned by a grid, and it is a pre load directly to unity from the assets store, all textures and so on included.

It has a snap to grid function included in the package, which I am fairly sure can be integrated into runtime script.

So the most time consuming part of adding it would be the UI, which I would imagine could be just a converted version of the room UI they already have.

I don't think they could do the whole town thing, but they could do the following.

* Make different size lots available, maybe 4 sizes and charge from 10k to 40k, with an upgrade cost at 10k per size for if you want to go from say size 1 to 2.

* Just supply a flat area where our houses already are on the present room 1 scene, maybe make it room 3.

* It would take more work I know, but our own small island with that flat area would be much better, one where we could get to the beach and walk around outside the building.

* Use a copy of the same UI we already have for our rooms, but altered to show the props used and supplied in the package.

My guess, it wouldn't even be as much work to add this as it was for the Saloon.

Is it really useful for this game? That's the main question

imho

really not, i think that very useful would be to have more pose for man and woman for express yourself better. yes i can describe what i do but with visual support it is better.

and for editor only more objects to personalize our room.

For some no, but for others yes.

There are lots of people enjoy building houses and clubs, and even more that like to go to them.

Some are happy they are able to have a female body with a cock, to me that is useless, but I can see why others want it.

Why is it when something is suggested that is more for the social aspect of the game, people seem to cry is it really needed.

Without the social side of the game likely there would be no game.

Would you be happy with just a list of players showing who is online and sending invites until someone accepts and follows you to the same room that everyone has ?

Would the game survived if it was always really just sex and nothing else ?

I am not meaning that. It is just that i am much more in peoples than in houses. Being in peoples is not only a matter of sex.  I would rather have more facial expressions, more non sexual positions like walking hand in the hand, more body customisation. And Yes I come from 3Chathouse where there was nothing to do with the house....all was done.

We have all tried over the years to get better poses, not only certain sex poses like FFF and MMM but also more interactive poses that are away from sex, like you said.

The problem is they never happen, as much as it has been asked for the main thing we got was fresco club, the saloon, and a new beach, and more sex poses.

The new beach looks fantastic, but what more do we have to do there than we did on the old one.

The game has problems now with the dll hacking, it has allowed for Pandora among other things.

The modded dlls are pretty much needed to do what people want with their rooms, if they are taken away and not replaced with something then lots would be very unhappy.

To be able to make it so the dlls can be stopped from being modded the devs will need to provide something in it's place.

I looked to see what was on offer, that I feel can be fairly easily added, and this is what I found.

Well the building of over decorated Rooms was never a feature of 3DXChat and it was also never planned of the game provider but we know the members of 3DXChat want and need functions to build Rooms, Clubs etc :)

I think it's important to support the Game with updates of wanted functions.

For example the public Locations... We all know it's possible to share this Locations as private User room, why not add this function official? The Members could rent this Locations with XGold and share it as Private Beach, Club include own Music support feature.

In my opinion could a game like 3DXChat be more as just sex, poses and dance :)

Operative words here..."updates" ..."could" ...are we better off just saying...this isn't going to happen at any pace...clearly. Just accept 3dx for what it is and wait for its replacement to blow it out of the water...which it will...and maybe not too far in the future
