In english is "okay" stronger than "ok" or weaker ....

its the same thing, just different type of spelling. If you Enunciate the word OK it comes out like okay

Technically, it should be O.K. - the way it was first written by the editor of the Boston Morning Post in the 1830s. But both 'OK' and 'okay' are.... well.... O.K. :)
