Matawa chōdo watashi ga jōdan to shite izen anata ni itta yō ni sore o okonau! Sugu ni seki o shite waratte, sugu ni hashitte kamo o tabe, NC no bā de hitobito no ushiro ni hinansho o toru

I give for up now - after only 2 attemtps today #cause that shorty thing in the #banthread and that up there took

Well, having lived in Japan for 30 years and being a professional translator and interpreter, I can assure you that learning to read Japanese is not something you can do casually in a few years. But, if you are interested in the language, enjoy memorizing lots of stuff, and don't get discouraged easily, the first thing you should do is get some flashcards and commit the hiragana and katakana syllabaries to memory. After you have done that, you can start memorizing kanji and some basic words. And if you are such a glutton for punishment that you aren't ready to give up after that, send me a PM and I will tell you what to do thereafter.

長い道のりと思いますが、頑張ってくださいな。

If you want to practice writing, why not just use paper and pencil?

It's fairly easy to add Japanese language capabilities to a computer, if you need to input Japanese text. Plenty of info about that on the Web.
