my order was declined

Hi ,

 

my applied the member for 1 month 19.99usd and my account was already charged on that amount but   my order was declined 

 

"Reasons for declining an order most commonly

involve credit card and address issues that do not allow us to completely verify
the order. "

 

 

i try to send a sererval e mail to cs support both BMT Micro and 3dxchat CS support but still didn't received any reply .

I've always had great response from BMT micro when emailing them. Perhaps it was because it was the weekend?

I see your image is timed at pm on Monday, 8th, but it is only just after midnight there, west coast USA, at the moment.

Similar happened to me with another product. I then recieved a call from the bank checking if I had placed the order and then my card was accepted.

 

Banks often do this at times to check your card isn't being used by crooks. You may want to call your bank and see if they refused the payment?
