Just renewed, email or password is wrong?

             I've done that, I just hope it doesn't take long for the reply, I hate the thought of losing $60.00

Trust me you won't. They helped refund me money/helped me. It might take a day for a response but they're normally fast.

They give you a new password when you do that, or they did me anyway, so haveyou checked your email to see if they gave you a new one with that 6 month sub ?

Then all you need do is change the password you enter when logging in and you should be fine.

Ok, for anyone reading this on the frequently asked part of the customer support is the question, "how can I change my email?" you can't, but there is a form for people like me who used the wrong email when they made the purchase. They say they will switch it to the correct email for you. I have submitted it and am waiting for them to reply.

 

NOTE: Do not create a new character under the new account.

Did they solved your problem? Cause I can't log into my acc as well. It just keeps saying "email or password is wrong"...

Even the password the system send me after restoring doesn't work :-/
