Monika777 Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 I cant renew my account and not having an answear from support..Today again tryed to pay for it, but got message that payment information has been rejected more than 3 times during the past 24 hours. When trying to log in with my account writing--Sorry, your subscription has expired! Maybe for someone was same problem and how it fixes.. asking for help..
