Remove unwanted furniture

How can i remove uwanted furniture i add before at my appartment?...i mean out of appartment , i have lamps outside and cant remove i have some hearts in the floor too and cant remove, as any way to remove that?

While in customize, click on the item and then hit "delete" or put them in the trash can.

Is it that you cannot make the item active to move? Like you don't get the green outline? If so, you have to zoom real close, maybe even underneath using F5. Try zooming in from different angles too, approaching it from different sides...

Are you clicking the customization mode button below the room you are redoing when you are looking at the location screen? The first few days I forgot and would go directly into the room instead. It happens... No? Yes? Once there you should be able to click on and drag the thing to the trashcan symbol.
