Automatically subscription?

Why do I automatically renew the subscription? Deducted money from my credit card? I wasn't planning on renewing this month! Where are stored my credit card details???

You have to cancel the autorenewal from :

All the subscriptions (except gift cards), are by default on autorenewal, so you have to cancel it manually.

Sorry, I should have been more precise. In fact you don't cancel the "autorenewal" but you cancel directly the subscription.

Your subscription will still remain active for the time paid for and doing this will only block the rebilling.

Only BMTMicro has access to your credit card datas, so if you want to erase your datas, I guess you'd have to contact them, but not too sure how that works. 

 

BMTMicro is a secure source used worldwide, I never had any problems with it, so I think it's unecessary to go through this trouble, especially if you plan on using this again next month or in the future. Cancelling is enough, but that's just my opinion.

Thank you for your opinion. BMTMicro I also wrote a letter, but they forwarded it to the developers 3dxchat. A warning about the automatic subscription renewal should be in the agreement, but it is not there.

The warning is there. Fact is, nobody takes the time to read it before subscribing. I didn't either.

 

 

5. Automatic Recurring Billing

Ok, so this may be a dumb question but.... I paid for a 1 year subscription, will it automatically renew when the year is up ?

or do I need to manually renew when the time comes ?

i pay yearly also and as long as you didnt use the gift card and used a cred card, it will auto renew. wanted to quit once and forgot my join date and it autoed on me
