Lost Account

Last night I added a DJ table and lost props in my room, today 11/11/16 I have lost my account I can't log into the game. I have had this account for 5 months now, and 3dx is in no hurry to resolve the issue, why does it take so long for them to give customer support. I get this wrong email or password message.

Did you try to reset your password as I suggested before?

I dont know if you have tried it but on the log in screen in the links there is a forgot password link it  allows you to reset your password  it worked for me when i forgot mine  also make sure that you are using the correct email account (if you have more than one)

you might also want to try uninstalling and re installing the game

Did you have to copy and paste the email address and password in again for any reason? Sometimes when you copy and paste, it inserts a space at the front of your password and you might not have noticed. Maybe try retyping them again manually and see?
