Do you recommend this game?

Hello everybody,

 

I would like to know what you, those who play and love the game, think about it and if you would recommend to play it at the moment.

Its been a very long time since I took a look at this game. I quit because I had no time to spend in the game anymore. And when my friends dropped the game - They deleted my acc and I totally lost contact to the game which made me sad.

Now I received a nice little email with some new details and the fact that I have more time now got me interested if I could start again.

I loved the game cause its not just a virtual "experience" ... It's far more social then any other game Ive ever plaied and people tend not to be light-minded. They really care for each other and enjoy the company.

Is the game still like this? And how does it feel to play? Especially with the new version.

 

I would be glad about any information =)

Well - Its more than one year tho    but all the stuff I looked up in the patch history looks really great!

But more important to me is the atmosphere in the game. I saw some great events, promoted in the forum.

What do you say about that?

The 'official' events are fewer than when i started.  One big difference is the ability some users have to mod their rooms,  Some people have put together some amazing places.  This has seemed to lead to a switch in focus from the public rooms to user opened rooms.  After the Fresco Club opened last fall the NC sort of died and that, for me at least, seemed like the place where the largest group gathered regularly.  

 

Also people are split between 1.0 and 2.0 so that can make things pretty spare on the floors some nights.  Even the poor Dirty Sluts could hardly get enough people together for a decent gang bang last night   Poor dirty sluts.

 

But still plenty of fun to be had most of the time.

 

We are also at the end of a transitionary phase.  Every three months or so the place seems to morph.  Old timers leave, new folk arrive and some old friends come back, and old jerkperv's too

 

Whatever you do hope you find fun!

I joined 3DX just over a year ago, and it was my first experience of an adult game. So, okay, to be honest I was chiefly curious about the sex side of the game, but quickly realised it was so much more. Now it is the people and the social side that keeps me here (that doesn't mean I've turned into a nun ). And from the sounds of your initial post, it is the social side that you enjoyed when you were here.

 

Okay, true there hasn't been much content added in the year or so I've been here, mainly due to the dev's focus on 2.0. Personally, this isn't a big issue for me (although more content would be nice...hint, hint ) and 2.0 does look very nice.

 

I'd agree with Rob, try it for yourself for a month and see if it lives up to your expectations. And if you do, be sure to say "hi"

The two are very similar. 2.0 has better graphics and some additional content (avi & room items, & poses) and you should be aware that the 2.0 exclusive content is not compatible with 1.0 and will block you from being able to log in there.

 

At the moment,the community is divided between the two, although more are moving over to 2.0.

 

Personally, I will be in 2.0 more, but still visit 1.0 if there is an event there that I want to attend.

With some humans in our matrix and outside at the fresh air, just like with some other games - yes, Jack! With books and films generally - i simply never, ever - NOT! Takes away all "the suprises" and unexpected or unforseeable - just like inhere!

I would get 6 mo sub since that's nice balance between taking advantage off bundle purchase discount and length of game time, then try it for yourself.

 

This is pretty much the only way to taste it. It is a very unique experience.

Do i recommend this game? that all depends on what you want out of it.

 

If you are the type that simply here for the pixel porn you will enjoy it

If you think it's fun and like to be around drama then you will enjoy it

 

however

 

If you don't like either of the above, you will not.  3dx can be cruel at times if you let it.

Just hope your account does not get bugged because the devs will NOT fix it... but they will expect you to continue to pay the ridiculous subscription fee to access your glitched/bugged account.

As mentioned already, plus in my own experience it can be therapy and fun if the general idea of it appeals.

 

Its what you put into it Vs what you expect out of it. Its polished, populated, stimulating and not to shabby generally. But good conversations, the best virtual sex and making the most of the limitations requires some work

 

I started on a month, and after 2 or 3 weeks I made my choice to keep going. Took a break for a couple of years, must came back for another month - right now I feel disappointed, but it may change in a couple of weeks.

 

Word to the wise, its a fooking time vampire! "Just a few more minutes....just check this room before I go. Ow I wanted to change my hair....oh he/she's in here, better say hi..." And you see the sunrise and think "ahh sh!t...not again".
