please help, login problem

i'm not very good at  English, so i can't explain well, sorry

 

 

today i join 3dxchat and install the program.

 

but after that, even i typed correct id and password, i can't login(only launcher, homepage login has no problem)

 

so i did every methods which wroted in faqs and reinstalled program 3 times, but those are no effective at all. 

 

there's no error message appears, just remain calm and no response(server change is possible, but it changes nothing). so i don't know what the problem is and why it occurs.

 

please help me, i cannot solve this problem.

the launcher and the homepage use different passwords, did you use the one you received in the confirmation email you received after the payment was done?

I have a problem with running/playing the game

1) Install the latest version of DirectX 9.0c
2) Make sure that your video card supports Pixel Shader 3.0 (ps_3_0) or above. http://webglreport.com/ (see item "Unmasked Renderer").
3) Make sure you have installed and you are running the latest video card drivers:
For NVIDIA (GeForce): http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
For AMD (Radeon): http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
If you have any older versions you should update them.
4) Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package
x86: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
x64: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632
5) Make sure you restart your computer after installing new drivers before you play the game again, to apply the new settings.
6) Run the game (and patcher) as administrator but first add the game (and patcher) to the exception list of your firewall AND antivirus.

 

I guess your pc easily meets the system requirements, so all options but the last one shouldn't be of much help. but maybe your firewall or antivirus blocks it?

problem solved! my internet network company blocks 3dxchat.

 

my friend told me using vpn, so i can login after use it!

3dxchat requires a monthly subscription.

 

If YES, check you email (and spam!) for a confirmation email from BMT Micro Orders, this will contain your pw for the launcher. In some cases it takes a bit till you receive this email, so be patient. If you shouldn't receive one please refer to the support: http://3dxchat.com/support/

I've solved that problem, but I have a new. When I log in the game I don't see my character. There is just a blue screen with some options to adjust graphics and other. What do I need to start playing?
