I think they rounded the eyebrows a little, which doesn't bother me, but there is something different about the eyes that I don't really like. My problem is the eyebrows and eyes makeup, i really liked the old ones, nostrils are bigger and the lips lost a bit of definition. The jaw is different too. It the second time they tried to bring those change and the first time the community complained a lot and put a lot of pressure and they rolled back to how it was before. The issue here is that it not really a bug but a artistic choice made by the dev and without significant pressure, it won't rolled back to what it was.
