I heard someone on world mentions tattoos, but if they did add them either they are only for the guys or I didn't see them when looking through the character editor, looking for changes. I checked the home editor and went to the different locations, but didn't notice any other visible changes. I did not look at sexual positions, so it is possible they could have added more.
