I believe it has about 50% of the American record market.I don’t believe we have any country representation in our public areas. Trust me, I by no means wish to lead any charge for country. I’m just curious and would like to throw this out there. Personally, for me its good summer music to listen too now and then - what do you think? Cheers! Guest RobT Posted April 26, 2016 Share Posted April 26, 2016 i am a fan but tbh todays country is no diff then your average pop music. not to mention i think the lack of public rooms doesnt help. really isnt one i would say country fits into. Country does have a very large following though... just throwing it out there. The developers should explore entertaining different markets. I don't think I have even seen a personal room set up for country music so I'm not sure the demand exists - I have seen rooms playing German Schlager, there is the super duper Jazzy Lounge, presently there is a room playing garage - though it seems BBC is more popular than some genres. Sadly for north Americans it seems European demands are satisfied. As for other music tastes it would be super if they could, though I think the free market of individual rooms meets the demand - who knew BBC was so popular. As an aside there used to be somebody called "BBCforfree". I genuinely thought it was somebody telling people how they could access the British Broadcasting Corporation TV channels. Would be good too if it was say Monday night indie in Fresco or Tuesday was Soul night or Thursday was rare Latvian electro from 80s Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've made one of my rooms a country themed room, and I rarely ever get any visitors, so I'm not quite sure how popular country is among 3DX'ers. Still, I would love to see it!!!! I am not sure how popular country would be but I would love to see jazz, funk, soul, blues, reggae, hip-hop and all sorts. We will never get agreement on what should be played. Play EDM and people will complain that there is too much EDM, play rock and people complain it is not rock enough. Although, I agree with Sweets that it is worth trying once or twice to see how people react. In a recent party I hosted we had 7 different genres of music and I was told that it by a number of people that it was the best night of music they had heard in 3DX.
