BMT Micro won't accept payment

I have tried several times now to join up and BMT micro is refusing to accept my payment because of an erronious transaction linked to my name. I have spoken with their customer support and they are not budging on the issue. My cards are current, and have sufficient funds. How else can I join? I saw something about a prepaid account here http://3dxchat.com/prepaid-account.html

Well the prepaid cards are also bought through BMT Micro, so you will most likely be met with the same issues.

You could try creating a virtual card (for example : 3DXchat Membership)

 

But if BMT has put a block around your name/adress/email, I guess it has to be solved with them to start with. :/

 

 

I've never heard of any big issues with BMT's customer service, usually pretty smooth, so it's strange that they wouldn't budge on it, if proper informations are given.

Yeah, they are being very stubborn to give me answers why. Its been over a month now of back and forths. I've given all the correct info so I don't know whats going on. Sucks, at this rate I'll never be back on 3dxchat
