I've been unable to load most players in the user rooms as well. To fix the problem with profiles I just click top right corner "Menu", "Settings", and "My Profile" and close them and that fixes it xDFor radio go to settings, disable and enable the radio to reload it Chilles 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Claymore Posted April 12, 2016 Share Posted April 12, 2016 Profile viewing aside, if you're having Windows 10 issues it's worth running the game in 'compatibility mode' so that the computer treats 3DX like a windows 8 application. To do this, right click on the 3DX shortcut and click on 'properties'. That will bring up a dialogue box with six tabs at the top. Click on 'compatibility' and then tick 'compatibility mode' and set at Windows 8 (which is shown by default). It's also worth ticking the 'run this program as an Administrator' box at the bottom too. If you have User Account Control enabled it will offer a prompt screen when you launch 3DX but just click 'ok'. And when you first close the program after making these changes it will ask you if the program ran ok. Click the message which confirms it did. Mine runs way better this way, but if you find it doesn't for you, just follow the guidelines above and untick anything you ticked and click 'ok' and it will revert. Hope that helps.
