Hazel Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 Hey 3DX, I'm having a massive problem after renewing my account for another month - my avatar is gone along with all my XGold I have no idea how or why it's gone, but the name was Hazel. Not sure how long they usually take to reply, however I was only away for around 3-4 months. Surely they can't delete an avatar that's been inactive for such a short time! Leeloo Posted April 12, 2016 Share Posted April 12, 2016 did you used the original e-mail of your account ? if not , you are considered as a new player as accounts are linked to E mails ( happened once to me ) . If you gave the wrong mail adress ( if you have more than one ) snd a ticket to support explaining what happened . Give them the E mail you used this time and give them the original e mail . They will cancel your actual account and reactivate your old ( that's what they did for me when it happened 2 years ago ) Ignore this if it's just because you wasn't online for too long Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I created my account in September 2014 and have had no issues up until logging in now! I've sent support two messages and they just don't want to reply :'(I've spent money on unspent XGold and I'm very upset at the customer service!!!
