Upload Pic to Profile

Having an issue where when I click on Upload Pic in the profile, the game flickers for a second, and then starts getting choppy for a bit until locking up completely.  Picture never uploads.  Game is running as administrator, running Windows 7 64-bit.  I was able to upload prior to the 337 update.

Maybe try moving the picture around to a different location. "My documents" seems to work for me.

 

-Make sure pic is not to huge

-make sure it is common format -.jpg or png. Sometimes it has problem if the file format is in CAPS. can rename to lower case and soemtimes fixes it. 

- try multiple pics just to see

 

If all else fails try uninstalling game . cleaning registry and trying again

Try to minimize your upload pics around 500 x 500 pixels.

Make sure your upload pictures exttension are either .jpg or .png

Not .JPG or .PNG.

 

Sometimes there was glitch, you can not retrieve your Profile pic too.

Don't panic, It was happened to me whilst Internet congestion or

Some players were going to check your profile the same time.

Can't even get to select a picture.  I click on the "upload photo" button in the profile and it does nothing.  Reinstalled the game and still does the same thing.  Any other thoughts or ideas?

friend of mine had the same issue, they had to change size and pic file type. The one i am currently using is 178 x 719 pixels and the file trype is a jpg. just uploaded it the other day.  I put pics on my desktop. try running the game in admin mode when starting it..

Still having issues.  I get to the point shown on the screenshot and click on Upload Photo, and the game pauses, and continues like nothing was ever clicked.  And then the game gets so slow and choppy that I have to restart it.  Anyone have any ideas as to why I would not be able to get past this point to even upload a photo?
