Guest MichaelSins Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 Hello everyone, don't know if anyone experienced this problem with the new 3dx client, but, maybe you could help me. I installed the new client, now it says 3dxchat version 339, when I first logged in, I found I lost all my xgolds, I had 12445 xgolds in the old client, now I only have 350. I tried to log out to see if something was stuck, but, when I tried to log in, it kept saying : Could not connect to the server.........So, can anyone help me??? I launched the old client first by mistake then the new client and had no log in issues. But I did install the new client in a separate file so I have both still on my computer. I updated to 339, and I was shocked to see I lost all my xgolds, from 12445 xgolds to 350 only I thought about exiting and re-logging in, to find if I really lost my xgolds, or it was just a minor problem and it needed a refresh, only to find myself unable to log in to the game also getting the message : could not connect to the server Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The old client is no more installed in my machine and I have unistalled the new client alos, do I have to remove the entries from the Registry also? If so, then how do it in a safe manner.
