Can not play the game, site does not recognize my email address

I can not log on to play, and the site does not recognize my email, after spending the $19.99 to play two weeks ago and still haven't been able to play, and I am not getting any help from admiinistrators, I would like a refund and to cancel, but everytime I go to the cancel page it doesn't recognize my email. I will tell my bank to stop 3dchat from tiaking my 19.99 every month. Can someone, or anyone help to rectify this.

If you have reset your email or Password you should check your spam Folder of your Email Provider!

Also, the game is email specific so if you do one mistake of one letter or number in your email address or .com instead of .co.uk or .it etc... It will not recognise your email, you must have every digit in your email the way it needs to be else you'll never get access and will need to request an email change.
