Password recovery

Hello,

sorry but i have a problem, i resetted my password some hours ago , but at moment i haven't received yet my new password on my email address so i can't login.

Usually how many time need this request?

Usually you just need to request the once to get your password, check your junk mail box it could of been put in there? Or search in your email "3DX Password Reset" see if appears, if not, try to reset again.

Done , nothing in junk , or spam , no mail received, now i have just reset password again using 3Dxchat client but nothing yet , well i can say  i have a problem, perfect

ok done , i understand the issue , is my fault , my email is xxxxxxxx@yahoo.it  but i wrote xxxxxxxx@yahoo.com  , .com, is a big error , now i have request to change email , i will lose my character and all my friends, really sorry but happen.

Update : problem is almost solved, I received the answer in the coming days my account will be reset and i'll restart to login.

When i'll restart to look around to find my friends again
