Impossible to log in, just stuck on the loading screen.I tried to log as administrator, reset my password, even re-installed the game....twice. Natsumi Posted November 15, 2015 Share Posted November 15, 2015 Hi I'm having a little issue with the game. For some odd reason my subscription had mysteriously expired. Yeah fucking expired! I purchased the 6 month subscription on Aug. 8th and it shouldn't expire until Feb. 8th. Any idea how this could happen? Oh and I've already contacted the Support Team on this matter. I just need some better understanding. I don't know if my account was hacked or what, but this is total BULLSHIT!! (excuse my french). Ashbash Posted November 16, 2015 Share Posted November 16, 2015 The subscription model in the game does not stack, meaning if you still had some days and renewed with a new sub, it will not add on the rest of the days it will replace it. It's why when you buy a prolonged period of time, only redeem it when your account has expired before, it may be your 6 month was overwritten by something not sure what, as Athene above stated, all billing and such is handled by BMT Micro, so they could of made an error on their end, the billing isn't handled by the developer team. Furthermore I fixed that membership thing when I noticed the additional charges a few weeks ago. There has to be something else causing this fluke.
