Sage Stoner Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 So, my client crashes from time to time, and when it does a message pops up to ask me to send the crash logs to the developers. Great. Except that it doesn't say where to send them. And the web forms for contacting support don't support attachments. So, how can I send crash logs to the developers? And since the routine that generates the crash logs also generates a folder to put them in, shouldn't also generate a READ ME file that tells the user where to send the crash logs? ...ponders the irony of the Attach Files button at the bottom of this form.
