I just paid for a subscription and I did not receive anything but an email saying we can take up to two days to provide you with what you just paid for ? The website said instant access ? I'm a little upset I really want to jump in and check everything out.

sometimes it can take a lill while, but shouldnt normaly take longer as 2 - 24h and id first check the company u made ur payment with and make sure your payment is and was succesfully transfered/received! if it was:

Hi ya, I bought a pre-paid account during the Xmas holidays. I was in the states at that time. I received the registration number but due to the Xmas holidays I decided to activate it when I returned home. Every-time I try to activate it it now says invalid email. Sure I admit the address is different but the email addresses are all valid and has never changed. BMT says I have to take it up with sexgamedevil3d, I have tried. I still have no response from them. I have tried Tech support , but no response. I have send Tech.support copies of my receipts. This is my last attempt. One mouth has gone by, could you help me...... Please...........

Do not despair. If you have purchased a pre-paid card, and have not been able to redeem it yet. You are okay. The pre-paid cards never expire so your month is still there on your year subscription. So you will still be getting your full 1 year time.
When you write in your pre-paid card number make sure it is copy and pasted and not have any spaces before or after.
And that your email is 100% correct letter for letter, word for word. And the @website.something is correct.
Also make sure you are registering it at the correct place. You need to register your account here. http://3dxchat.com/p...id-account.html
With your email of the correct account and then the prepaid card code you received in your receipt.
Remember make sure it is correct letter for letter, number for number.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be insulting when asking this, but on your first message, you said "invalid email" and now it seems to be "invalid prepaid card code", so do you put the infos in the right slots ?
I have just tested and when you type in a code that has already been redeemed, it also says "invalid prepaid card code", so are you certain it hasn't been used already ?
Did you write to this email ?

My guess is, you might have activated the code on a wrong email, as it creates an account automatically on the email provided or renews subscription on an existing account email.
I hope they have a way to trace which coupon was used on which email, that'd be the only solution for this I think, because if my guess is right, you can still get it, as they say :
Sorry, but it's not possible to change the email for your account. You can only create a new account with a new email.
If you placed an order with a wrong email then we can remove your wrong account and create/renew account with correct email. But the wrong account should not be used (no created characters on the account).
So, I believe only the admins and support can help you figure this out :/
