As for patching problems1) disable firewall and AV software. ( you said you did but still )2) uninstall completely and clear registry fully3) RESET PC (this one is important)4) Install 3DX preferably to different location than before5) Patch If you don't know how to do any of these step reply and I will get you full guide.If it doesn't work after exactly this, someone here can upload their fully updated game, We did that in past few times. I'm going to try this in the exact order you point out and, if not successfull, will give the crash files to support. BTW, my laptop upgrade it fine but it is a slower machine. Riela Posted March 26, 2015 Share Posted March 26, 2015 hmm what are specs of your laptop? does your laptop have multiple gpus?Is it just patcher that's mess? what is exact error you get? Usually people are really fast if there's some issue with game so I do believe it's separate issue for you only, but it happens don't worry.We can always sent you patched game and see if it works or not and it usually should unless there's some issue with your laptop.
