When I click login, I am brought to the loading screen where the little circles just keep spinning forever. I have reinstalled the game, cleared out the registries, manually deleted what files are left over after the uninstall, and reinstalled. I've done this quite a few times actually. I've even turned off my windows defender thing. I am really at a loss for what else I could do to remedy this.

Has anyone had a similar situation that they were able to resolve? Thank you.

Better for those who know about these things to comment, but to me it sounds like you're not connecting to the server completely. Perhaps there is a block somewhere, Adult content block with the ISP? Connection speed to low? Using US or EU server/proxy server? etc etc.

Has it worked before or is this your first attempt? (eg. Has an update caused some alteration stopping it from working).

I haven't been able to get on for a while now, mostly because of the updates. I tried using the EU proxy but I get the same thing. With no firewall up I shouldn't have any problems. It wouldn't be my ISP because nothing else adult-orientated is ever blocked.

You might want to try the tool I have develloppe to help diagnose game issue.

https://github.com/y...rtTool/releases

P.S. You will get a security warning because my code is not signed. The code is safe beside the possible bugs.  Plus, you need to be Win& and later.

You might want to take a look at the OperatingSystem section for :

It will tell you what is your Anti-Virus which might include a buildin firewall

It should tell you if you got a third party firewall.

You might want to take a look at the Network section for :

the ping US Server - You should get much timeout.

the port US Direct - Shoyuld say Open

the port EU Proxy - Should say Open

After your authenticate and choose your AVI, the game need to have access to the game server on the Port 8124 to communicate. It usually not a problem because the request port is outbound and firewall like Windows usually leave all port open when you need to get out and reach the internet. The problem most of them time are with restrictive 3rd party firewall.

You might want to make sure those tests succeed first and send the result to the support.

If you prefer not using my Tool. You will need to use  the command prompt to make your tests.

It the DOS Window, here is how to open it :

http://pcsupport.abo...mand-prompt.htm

Here are the commands :

  • This command ping the main game server. (US Direct)

          ping 198.105.215.52

You shouldn't have failed packet or much of them when the command end.

  • This command test that you can reach the server throught the US Direct at the port 8124

           telnet 198.105.215.52 8124

Your windows should clear out and display welcome if it work.

  • This command test that you can reach the server throught the EU proxy at the port 8124

           telnet 54.72.64.172 8124

Your windows should clear out and display welcome if it work.

If all those tests succed, then you can be quite sure it a problem with the game itself and not your computer setting.

Hi Amanda, I had the same problem on my laptop.

In my case, it worked again after changing my Windows Firewall setting. I open incoming and outgoing traffic to 3dxchat and opened the ports mentioned in the proxy server thread as well. After that, everything worked well again.

My my my the problems never end. I attempted to reinstall and try your suggestions, but now I can't even get that far anymore. I frequently get error messages about a patch file being missing. I check the path and the file is indeed there. Every time it's different files. One time I actually got everything to patch, but the game version was displaying 0. *sigh*
