Paid For 6 Months But Ending Soon?

To whom it concerns,

    I haven't been on the site much or in game much considering real life issues with my own health, my mother being ill as well, and etc. I paid for a 6 month subscription on October 27th 2014. Yet read a mail yesterday (can't access it now since it was in Trash and Trash decided to already automatically clean up), that stated my subscription was ending at the end of this month? Which is far shorter than the 6 months paid for. Thanks to any staff that can look into this, and correct as needed. Thank you.

I never got such an email.. I mean one telling me my subscription was about to end.

First of all i would log into my account at https://secure.bmtmicro.com/customers with your information included in the "3DXChat Membership Product Information‏" email you received when you subscribed!

Yes thats why I mentioned because I looked there before the post. So wasn't sure why I got that specific email saying my subscription was ending. As it even says the subscription is active and not set to expire until April 27th 2015. Which is effectively 6 months. I wish I still had the email. As I was uncertain if it was a phishing email or actual since I no longer have it to look at. So figured I would ask the developers here about it. Then again I guess doesn't matter since BMT Micro says its active until April.

Well sadly (stupid maybe) it is ending as I was looking at the subscription stuff. And my cat was able to walk over my desk and canceled it for me. I wish I was joking. I came back to a screen that said my order was canceled and she was laying on my keyboard. So if it wasn't canceled it is now ... sighs. Just wish there was a confirmation before cancellation but guess they don't expect cats. So I still need or hope a developer can fix that goof. I also wrote BMT Micro that I didn't wish it to cancel as noted.

My life seems to be filled with weird lately. I'll be extending the sub anyways as I have for a long time now. Just don't wish it to be minus a few months I paid for. Went to check it because of a likely phishing email and now its canceled on the account of cat. The guy where I live was tossing bottles and breaking them on my shed saying druggies were sitting there. So it was his way to deter them. Woke up to bottles being tossed and broken. My local phone service connected me to outbound calling but i was unable to get inbound calls. And that's only a few things that's gone on this week. Weird often happens with me and I just wish God would stop playing with me.

 

And since both 3dx and BMT can see its a previously placed order. It should be a funny laugh for them but easily fixed still.

When you cancel your subscription it only means that you wont be automatically paying next 6months once your current one finishes so your cat did nothing wrong :3 

But i'm sure the support will be able to fix it if theres a problem with current one.

I have many times Gizmo in short all I get from your staff is 'Cheers! We see its canceled you can redo your subscription at the end of this month!' I wrote back saying it was a accidental cancellation and wanted the cancellation of the previously order subscription reversed. So that it runs the full length of its paid for time. I expressed redoing my subscription at the end of this month would in a sense be enforcing me to paying your company twice. Since I had a order already processed for 6 months. And still no word from BMT Micro about this. Not sure if they are amazingly slow at email responses or what. Though could use someones help here.

Actually its not going to run the full time Rochi. What email BMT Micro did send as well as the staff here. Is that I will no longer be able to play at the end of this month. And that I will need to redo my subscription in order to keep playing. Otherwise once this month ends based on these emails I will not be able to log in. My actual subscription was not to end until April so if it was just going to run the full length. Why do both companies keep telling me it will end at the end of this month due to cancellation? Is it okay to share emails here from staff and BMT as I will show that if it helps.

The difference there being those who claim an animal ate their homework never attempted said homework. However concerning this subscription and having pets. I have fully paid for those 6 months. And yes she was able to somehow cancel it. Wonderful website that has no checks in place to say 'wish to cancel , yes or no' it just goes through lol. Thinking a cat isnt capable of something often means someone does not or has never owned a cat. Us cat owners know very well what cats can do and get into, and at times wonder how the hell they did it.

 

All I've been asking from BMT and this company is a fix. Because both claim that once this month ends I will no longer be able to play unless I redo my subscription. But redoing my subscription at the end of this month would be going over months I previously paid for. And just seeking a fix. Instead of oh well just pay again and pay double its okay.

 

And yes as I mentioned to others above they make no mention that the subscription that was canceled will continue on until its paid for April date. Over that I will no longer be able to play at the end of this month unless I redo it. Which is paying over months I previously paid for. Did not think reversing a accidental cancellation would be so difficult. Though I'd get more or less a response like .. Sure well reverse the cancellation and understand it was accidental. One thing they need to do away with is having 2 customer support forms. One of which works and the other which does not. Or just making sure both work.

If you go to the above customer support form it asks you to log in. However even if you do log in. It never changes from 'please log in to submit your support request'.

 

Which is found by going to https://secure.bmtmicro.com/customers/ .. sign in with your information .. then click 'Contact' at top right which leads to .. https://secure.bmtmicro.com/customers/index2.html. I tried using various browsers without addons even some browsers that can never accept addons. And the 'please log in to submit your support request' never went away. And can not submit it without it noting you are logged in, even when you are.

 

The page that DOES work is located here .. http://info.bmtmicro.com/contact.html. Until BMT Micro sorts out the issue with the contact form at https://secure.bmtmicro.com/customers/index2.html they should forward any clicks to their 'Contact' button to http://info.bmtmicro.com/contact.html

 

And the person I spoke with was eating a sandwich as I was talking to them. heh (First time I've ever called a support line and had someone eating.)

Kind of busy and stuff didnt have time to read this all but if you have your email about your payment that should be enough to prove them wrong and fix any problems.

 

Also i repeat, your cat has nothing to do with this it only canceled the automatic payment that would of happened once your time ends.
